PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

 

R32 or R410a DC Inverter Heat Pump (ErP A++, ErP A+++) with EVI compressor technology and full inverter technology for extremely cold area and high outlet water temperature. Equipped with heating, cooling and domestic hot water functions for families, apartments, small industrial sites, etc. Additionally, it can work with solar, boiler or electric heater according to the practical condition of the heating system. With R410a refrigerant, most advance inverter technology & intelligent defrost function to work well in -35ºC, which is much more higher efficiency than normal air source heat pump.

Intelligent Control

 

The units are supplied with micro processor based digital controller with LCD touch display. The controller is programmed to provide a maximum protection to the heat pump system and accurate temperature control. The control panel is completely factory wired with all accessories and terminals included.

Q: Which one is the hot selling model?

A: We have mature models from 9~30kW, EDHP-18S is the hot sale model in European market.

 

Q: What's the selling point of this product series?

A: This product series adopt Mitsubishi or Panasonic inverter rotary compressor, DC fan motor, DC water pump for 3-10HP models, and can easily control the unit via mobile app after WIFI connection. And some models have already gotten CE certificate issued by UDEM, and ErP A++ & ErP A+++ labels from TUV certificate company.

 

Q: How about the refrigerant type?

A: For monoblock type, R32/R410a are optional. For split type, R32 & R410a are optional for EDHP-09 (3HP). But for EDHP-12/14/16/24/30 (4-10HP) only have R410a.

 

Q: How about the compressor?

A: Generally, we adopt Mitsubish or Panasonic inverter rotary compressor.

 

Q: What's the MOQ?

A: Generally, one unit of sample order is acceptable, but quotation will be a little higher than container order.

 

Q: How long is the warranty time?

A: Generally, one year for the whole unit, three years for the compressor.

 

Q: How about the after-sales service?

A: Generally, we only provide online technical support. So far, we have authorized distributors & repair centers in Europe, Middle East, North America & South America for the oversea markets. Our advantage is our own R&D capacity, what's more, this inverter heat pump with wifi module.
