PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

Precision Air Conditioners are also known as a CCU (close control units) or CRAC (computer room air conditioner), which are refrigerating equipment specifically designed to provide precise control of temperature and humidity in all applications in which is required a very high degree of precision. They are used in data centers, where the refrigeration loads required can vary from 7 to 230 kW, server rooms, data centers, mobile, laboratories and many other commercial and industrial applications. Optional upflow and downflow and optimised efficiency is delivered by way of EC fans.

With superior product structure and stylish design, providing room-based cooling, perfect humidification and air filtration. And this unit provides high reliabilit operation with the ease of service, system flexibility and redundancy necessary to keep the electronic equipment up and running within tight tolerance 24 hours a day.
 

APPLICATION DIAGRAM

1) The indoor unit must be installed on the ground of the device room or computer room.

2) And the outdoor unit is installed on the ground of the outdoors or other rooms.

3) Before installation, confirm whether the installation environment meet the requirements of service, and confirm whether the buildings need to be configured with the construction work of pipeline laying, wiring and ventilation pipe.

4) Installation work must strictly follow the design drawing.

6) When the condenser is higher than compressor, install reverse bend on the inlet and outlet pipes of the condenser, to avoid liquid refrigerant backflow when the units stops. When installing the reverse bend, it must ensure that the top elbow pipe of the r copper pipe of condenser.
